
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail asserted on Sunday that Egypt is determined to proceed with combating terrorism and eradicating it.
Also, he pointed to the key police role in facing terrorism.
He made the remarks during his visit to a number of policemen who were injured in a blast that occurred during a police raid on a terrorist hideout in Giza's Haram district.
The Premier was accompanied by ministers of interior, planning, social solidarity and health along with Giza governor.
Ismail praised the sacrifices of the policemen and hailed their great efforts to bring about stability in Egypt.
