
Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi received on Sunday a letter from Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah. The letter was handed over to al-Qirbi by Oman’s former ambassador to Yemen Abdullah bin Hamad al-Badi during their meeting in Sana’a. In his letter, the Omani Minister expressed his country’s consistent commitment to Yemen through support of its unity and stability, wishing for Yemenis all success in building a new Yemen. For his part, al-Qirbi expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the GCC states and their support for Yemen’s political settlement, which was completed recently through the successful conclusion of the National Dialogue Conference.
