Fuel crisis 'feigned' to cause confusion before economic conference

Petroleum Minister Sherif Ismael said on Tuesday that the current fuel crisis is fabricated and aimed at causing confusion before Sharm el Sheikh economic conference.
Ismael's remarks came during a meeting of the ministerial economic committee under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.
He added that more amounts of fuel would be pumped into the market to meet the high demand that was triggered by the rumors of fuel price increase.
