5 Iraqis injured in 2 blasts southern Baghdad

Five people were injured Friday in two blasts in the southern Baghdad district of Zaafaraniya. The explosives were planted on the side of one of the main roads which caused injuries to the five people who were nearby, police sources said. Meanwhile, Diyala security forces today arrested six wanted men following a series of raids in the governorate, northeast of Baghdad, police said. The raids were carried out in the districts of Baquba, Muqdadiya and Buhriz.
