Arab League deplores Israeli violations against Palestinian lands in West Bank

 Arab League condemned on Thursday Israeli continued violations against Palestinian lands in various areas in West Bank.

In a press release, the Department of Occupied Arab Territories said the Israeli forces on Tuesday confiscated a huge amount of lands in West Bank (about 579 feddans) near the Dead Sea and Jericho city.

The pan-Arab group said the confiscation of lands comes within Israel's unprecedented steps to escalate the settlement of Palestinian territories that aims to displace Palestinians from their lands and Judaize the Palestinian territories according to a systematic plot that undermines the two-state solution and the peace process.

The AL also asserted that such aggression challenges the international community and all international norms and conventions.

Meanwhile, the Arab organization urged the international community especially the United Nations Security Council to shoulder the responsibility and face such Israeli settlement plot.
