Geneva nuclear talks step forward

The recent Geneva talks over Iran\'s nuclear issue make a step forward in settling the country\'s nuclear standoff, Vice-Chairman of Iran\'s Majlis (parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Mansour Haqiqatpour, said on Thursday. Although the details of Iran and the P5+1 talks -- five permanent members of UN Security Council plus Germany -- have not been announced yet, evidences indicate that the Geneva talks were \"more serious and technical\" compared to the previous negotiations, Haqiqatpour was quoted as saying by official IRNA news agency. Management and efforts to avoid wasting of time were other positive points of the negations, he said according to the report. The positive points of Geneva talks indicate the strong will of two parties for settling Iran\'s nuclear issue, he said, hoping for sanctions relief against Iran and recognition of Iran\'s right to enrich uranium in the follow-up meetings.
