Israel Claims Progress in Talks to Limit Forces Activity in Palestinian Areas

Israeli daily (Haaretz) claimed that a progress has been made in Israeli-Palestinian talks to limit the Israeli army forces activity and presence in the Palestinian areas A, and will handed over powers to the Palestinian Authority.
The newspaper said that the deal will be presented Wednesday to the Israeli Cabinet.
Three weeks ago, Haaretz revealed that Israel and the Palestinian Authority held secret negotiations for a gradual restoration of Palestinian security control over in Palestinian cities in area A.
