World Cup preparations are underway Madrid - Arabstoday The Spanish national football team will play a friendly match against Uruguay in Doha on February 6, as part of its preparations for the World Cup qualifiers, the Spanish Football Federation confirmed on Thursday. The game will be held in Qatar's Khalifa International Stadium, said the Spanish soccer governing body. The World Cup winners are level on points with France at the top of their qualifying group for the 2014 World Cup.
