
One Chinese miner was killed and another was injured when a coal mine collapsed in the northern Turkish province of Bartin.
The accident occured Wednesday at a private coal mine in Bartin where Chinese worker Wenliang Zhang, aged 38 and Zhank Qi Xue, 44, were removed from the rubble.
Zhang died at the scene of the accident and Xue was taken to hospital with injuries.
The reason of the collapse has yet to be determined.
District Governor Mehmet Yıldız said there were no other miners involved in the incident.
