11 people killed in boat sinking off China

Eleven people were killed when their boat sank in heavy weather off eastern China, a news report said Tuesday.The container vessel Guangyangxingang capsized and sank late Monday 75 kilometres north-east of Longkou, a coastal town in Shandong province, 300 kilometres south-east of Beijing.A rescue team, including boats and a helicopter, recovered one unconcious crew member and 11 bodies, according to a report of DPA.The vessel was on its way from Tianjin, a port near Beijing, to Taizhou, north of Shanghai.
