18 dead in traffic accident in Afghanistan

At least 18 people died and three others were injured on Sunday when a bus crashed on a highway in north-western Afghanistan, an official said, according to dpa.
The accident took place in the Bala Morghab district of the Badghis province.
Women and children were among the dead, a provincial official said.
