A rescue service official said an ultralight plane has crashed in southern Czech Republic, killing both men on board, AP reported.
Petra Kafkova, spokeswoman for the regional rescue service, says the plane went down Thursday morning near the village of Kondrac near the Austrian border. She would not identify the victims other than to say they were men.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known, and authorities were investigating.
