
An Airblue aircraft, Airbus A -320 narrowly escaped a tragic accident when one of its tires burst while landing at Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad on Friday.
According to an official of Airblue Airline the flight PA 271, which was coming from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, carrying 230 passengers crashed landing when it tilted to the runway edge as one of its tires burst, .
He added that the right engine touched ground, stressing that all the passengers were safe.
It is note mentioning that this is the second incident suffered by the company as a Boeing plane crashed into Margalla hills five kilometers from Islamabad in 2010 .The incident resulted in the death of all the passengers totaling 146 passengers and six crew.
