Three climbers were found dead late Sunday in France's Mont-Blanc, where six other people had already died last week, according to local reports.
Citing police sources, local broadcaster Europe1 said the bodies of two climbers and their guide were discovered near the "Aiguille du Midi" peak, which rises to a height of 3,842 meters.
According to preliminary investigations, the weather would not be the cause of the accident, the report added.
Four men, a woman and their guide were found dead last Wednesday on Mont Blanc, Europe's highest mountain, most likely due to poor weather conditions.
