Three Israeli tourists died on Monday when the van they were traveling in crashed with a train in central Switzerland, the Jerusalem Post reported.
Five other people, also Israeli tourists, were seriously injured in the accident.
Eye witnesses reported that helicopters, ambulances and police cars evacuated the injured people from the scene.
The tourists were on their way to Engleberg and were driving over a train crossing at the same time that the train was passing through.
