Three persons were killed and seven others injured on Sunday in a fire triggered by an explosion at an underground parking lot in Hong Kong.
The explosion and blaze happened at the basement of a building in Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon, in the afternoon, police said.
The cause of the incident was still under investigation.
