34 dead in Mexico floods

The number of lives claimed by floods and landslides caused by Ingrid and Manuel storms has reached 34. Overall around 1.2 million people were affected by the natural disasters. The country’s Interior Ministry stated that emergency assistance for 238,000 citizens of 49 municipalities whose homes have been damaged is being deployed. Manuel tropical storms has dissipated as is no longer as dangerous as it initially was; however, western Mexico remains cloudy and humid, which may end up in further precipitation. Although Ingrid hurricane is on the decline as well, eastern and central Mexico are on high alert due to massive downpour.
