Romanian authorities have confirmed that four people died when a helicopter plunged into an icy lake, AP reported.
The chopper, which was carrying a medical team, crashed Monday afternoon in Lake Siutghiol near the Black Sea, some 250 kilometers (155 miles) east of Bucharest.
