4 killed in north China flood

Four people were killed and one is missing after a rainstorm-triggered flash flood in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Saturday.
The flood occurred between 4 and 6 p.m., when a downpour hit Liangcheng County. The water washed away an agricultural cart crossing a river, killing all three people on board, the local government said on Sunday.
Two forest workers were also caught in the flood. One was killed, and rescuers are searching for the other.
