Seven people were injured, with three in serious conditions, early Sunday in a fire caused by an explosion in a pipeline from Mexico\'s state-owned oil company Pemex (Mexican Petroleum) in the central state of Mexico, Pemex said in a statement. Pemex said that the accident occurred when a group of unknown people was stealing fuel from the pipeline of Teapa-Venta de Carpio-Tula line, in Santa Maria Tonanitla municipality, in the central state of Mexico. Among the injured were five police officers and two fire fighters, who were part of the unit to suffocate the fire, which lasted more than four hours. The governor of Mexico\'s state, Eruviel Avila, said via Twitter that the fire had been totally controlled and that there is no risk for the people of Tonanitla or any other nearby towns.
