7 killed, 12 injured in traffic accident in northwestern Turkey

Seven people were killed and 12 others injured in a traffic accident in northwestern Turkey on Monday, private Dogan news agency reported. The incident took place when a truck carrying workers overturned at Hayrettin village in Pamukova town of Sakarya province early Monday morning, killing seven people and injuring 12, according to the report. The injured were taken to hospital and an investigation was underway, said the report.
