A bridge collapse near a factory in Cambodia injured 24 workers Monday in the latest accident to expose safety problems in Asia\'s garment industry. According to AP, Thor Veng Nai, a local official in the Phnom Penh suburb where the \"Top World\" garment plant is located, said that when the concrete bridge collapsed, it pulled down a wooden terrace behind the factory where the workers were eating lunch. The workers tumbled into a shallow pond and suffered minor injuries. He said the factory was Chinese-Hong Kong owned and makes jeans. He did not know what brand.
