At least 1 dead in Swiss fighter jet crash

The body of one of the two crew members from a crashed F/A-18 fighter jet was found near the accident site in central Switzerland Thursday, the Swiss Federal Department of Defense said. On April 7, 1998, another F/A-18D went down in the canton of Valais in southwestern Switzerland during an interception exercise, killing the two pilots.
