
The death toll from a disastrous road accident near Ukraine’s city of Sumy has reached 13, seven people were injured, the press service of the Sumy region prosecutor’s office said on Tuesday.“The accident took place at about 17:30 Moscow time at a railway crossing in a suburb of the town of Belopolye,” the press service said. “The driver of a passenger minibus ignored traffic lights and drove onto train tracks to be virtually torn into two parts by a passenger train heading from Kharkov.”An investigation is underway, according to Russian Itar-Tass news agency.
