The Nigerian hardline militant group Boko Haram on Friday attacked the Chadian city of Njobwa that overlooks Lake Chad.
The attack, launched by Boko Harram fighters who arrived on board three boats, left scores dead.
Head of the city was among the dead.
The Chadian army retaliated by mounting a security campaign to hunt down the perpetrators.
