British man faces 2 charges following fatal crash A 28 year old man from Brockton is facing two charges following a lengthy RCMP investigation into a fatal collision in West Prince dating from July 2010. Landon Ramsay faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and one count of impaired driving causing death. In a release Wednesday, West Prince RCMP said the charges come as a result of the investigation regarding a fatal motor vehicle collision on July 31, 2010 in Kildare near Alberton. Ramsay will be appearing at the Summerside Provincial Court on March 29, 2012, said Cpl. Dominique Cloutier of the West Prince RCMP. James Getson, of Kildare Capes, a 27 year old father of one, died en route to Prince County Hospital from Alberton as a result of the single-vehicle crash on a Saturday night. The crash occurred at 11:30 p.m. just outside of Alberton, along Route 12 in Kildare. A 2002 Dodge Viper went off the road and rolled. Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle and were taken to Western Hospital by ambulance. Police don\'t believe either of them were wearing a seatbelt. The second accident victim was in serious but stable condition in the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Halifax after being airlifted from Summerside. At the time, police had not released the name of the injured man, but said he was the owner of the Viper. London - The Guardian
