
A building collapsed in New York's upper Manhattan Wednesday after a reported explosion, emergency officials said. The Fire Department of New York said it was responding to a report of an explosion and building collapse at 116th Street and Park Avenue, WNBC-TV, New York, reported. ABC News said 11 minor injuries were reported to emergency services. WNBC said at least 4 people were hospitalized. There were no reports of anyone trapped inside the building, ABC News said. Officials said trains on the Metro North line were halted because of debris on the tracks. Some passengers told WNBC they were ordered to disembark at 125th Street.
