Bus plunges off cliff in Peru

Authorities in Peru say a bus plunged down a canyon in the Amazon region and 16 people were killed, according to AP.
Police say 32 people also were injured in the accident Tuesday between the towns of Tarma and San Ramon.
Authorities say the bus fell roughly 350 feet (more than 100 meters) and came to rest on its roof along the Tarma river.
The driver survived and blames a brake failure for the accident.
