Copter crash in Venezuela kills one

A helicopter crash on Thursday at a parking lot in Puerto Ordaz of Venezuela\'s southeastern state of Bolivar has killed the co-pilot. The co-pilot got trapped in the helicopter and couldn\'t escape. Minutes later the helicopter exploded. The pilot was injured and rescued by people nearby.According to local media reports, the helicopter crashed when it was performing an acceptance flight. \"The helicopter crashed against the ceiling of one of the buildings and fell. We could save the pilot, but not the co-pilot. He yelled \'take me out, take me out.\' We couldn\'t do anything because the fuel began to leak, and then exploded,\" said Amador Acosta, the guard who helped in the rescue. Aeronautic firefighters and Civil Protection officials soon arrived at the spot to control the situation.Local Citizen Security minister Saul Cordero said the helicopter took off from the \"Manuel Carlos Piar\" Airport in Puerto Ordaz city.
