Explosion at Maine condominium leaves 1 dead

A condominium complex was leveled and one man was killed in an explosion Tuesday morning in Yarmouth, Maine, the nearby Portland Press Herald reported online, dpa reported. The explosion occurred shortly after 6 am, killing a man who residents say was severely disabled. One resident and a fire fighter were injured. The blast knocked out electricity to much of the town, though power was later restored. Ten units were damaged in the condominium development of about a dozen duplex-style units
