Fetus found in toilet tank at Pennsylvania restaurant

Workers cleaning the ladies room at the Starters Pub in Allentown, Pa., found a fetus in one of the toilet tanks, the restaurant owner said. David Rank told The (Allentown) Morning Call the discovery was made when one of the workers took the lid off the tank after being unable to flush the toilet. Police and the Northampton County coroner\'s office were dispatched to the popular sports-themed restaurant. District Attorney John Morganelli said investigators are treating the disposal of the fetus as a crime.
