A detonating hand grenade was the cause of death of two men killed in a car in the Austrian capital, Vienna, on Saturday, police confirm. "We have no evidence suggesting that (the grenade) was thrown into the car from the outside," police spokesman Thomas Keiblinger said. Further weapons were not found inside the vehicle.
