Security forces shot dead two suspected militants in India-administered Kashmir on Friday, a news report said.
The gunfight broke out as soldiers were searching a village in the southern district of Kulgam late Thursday, the IANS news agency reported.
'Two militants were killed arms and ammunition were recovered,' a police official told the news outlet, adding their identities were being investigated. No troops were injured, he said.
