Mexican President Felipe Calderon reshuffled his cabinet Wednesday, announcing two new heads in the ministries of labor, public function and a new presidency\'s secretary. Rosalinda Velez Juarez was appointed the new labor and social welfare minister to replace Javier Lozano, Rafael Morgan replaced Salvador Vega as the new public duties minister and Jose Guadalupe Tarcisio Martinez would serve as the new presidency\'s private secretary, a ministerial-level position, to replace Roberto Gil. The cabinet shuffle was made as Calderon is completing his six years of presidency and Mexico is preparing for the 2012 presidential elections. A formal inauguration ceremony was held at the official residence Los Pinos, where the president at the same time accepted the resignation of the three outgoing ministers. The three former officials thanked Calderon for his confidence in them while serving in his cabinet, and the incoming ministers promised to do their best \"for the sake of the country.\" Calderon personally accepted the oath of the new ministers and wished them \"success in their job.\"
