One killed, 13 injured after tour bus collides with car

One man was killed and 13 injured after a tour bus collided with a car in Russia\'s southern Krasnodar Region late on Wednesday night, a spokesman for the local Emergencies Ministry\'s department said on Thursday. He said the traffic accident occurred on the Anapa-Gostagayevskaya highway some 3 km (1.9 miles) from the village of Krasny. \"Tour bus MAN, en route from the village of Cherkessky to the city of Anapa, crashed with a Hyundai car,\" the spokesman said. He added that all 13 people injured in the crash were taken to nearby hospitals. According to statistics, 30,000 people lose their lives in traffic accidents every year in Russia due to the poor state of highway networks and reckless driving.
