A trainer jet of the Philippines' air force crashed Saturday during an air exhibition show, killing two pilots on board, a military spokesman said.
The SF-260FH jet plunged into waters off Nasugbu town in Batangas province, 70 kilometers south of Manila, during the air show, dpa quoted Lieutenant Colonel Enrico Canaya as saying.
The air force immediately grounded 17 other SF-260FH planes and ordered an investigation into the crash, he said.
