Small plane crash in Bahamas kills 9

A small plane crashed on the island of Grand Bahama late Sunday and killed all nine people on board, the government of the Bahamas said.
The Lear 36 Executive Jet had taken off from the Bahamian capital of Nassau and crashed while attempting to land in Freeport, a statement from the Ministry of Transport and Aviation said.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
