Taliban attacks at US base, 4 militants killed

Taliban militants attacked at US base in Torkham on Afghanistan\'s border with Pakistan. Clash occured at a location where the vehicles provide logistic support for the base in southern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, said local sources. Spokesperson for Nangarhar Governor Ahmad Ziya Abdulzai said that the armed clash lasted four hours and four attackers were killed. International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) also verified the attack and declared NATO soldiers did not suffer casualties. On the other hand, Taliban has claimed responsibility over the attack and claimed tens of soldiers were killed via an e-mail.
