Tourist boat sinks in Liverpool, no deaths

British authorities say that a tourist boat with 31 people on board sank in Liverpool, but there were no fatalities. According to AP, the ambulance service said Saturday that 28 people were taken to hospitals, largely as a precaution, and that there were no serious injuries. Local police and fire services also had responded to the scene, where some passengers from the Yellow Duckmarine tour craft were in the water.
