Ukraine crisis to top Serbia's chairmanship of OSCE

Serbia will use its chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to de-escalate the crisis in Ukraine, dpa cited Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic as saying Thursday.
'The response of the OSCE in such difficult circumstances shows that, when endowed with the necessary political will, the organization can ... effectively contribute to addressing the challenges of such crises,' Dacic said.
