US-led coalition forces have carried out 21 new sorties against sites belonging to Daesh terrorist group in Syria and Iraq.
In a press release on Wednesday, the US Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) said, "In Syria, coalition military forces conducted seven strikes using attack, fighter and remotely piloted aircraft against ISIL [Daesh] targets."
"Additionally in Iraq, coalition military forces conducted 14 strikes coordinated with and in support of the Government of Iraq," the release added.
