Minister of Education and Higher Education Elias Bou Saab announced that public and private schools will close on Friday, April 24, 2015, marking the first centenary of the Armenian Genocide.
Minister Bou Saab's announcement came on Monday during the unveiling ceremony of the memorial statue of the Armenian Genocide in Fanar.
