The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain condemns the terrorist attack in Lahore, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which targeted a police force squad while carrying out its duties that resulted in the death and injury of dozens of people.
It confirms Bahrain’s solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the face of terrorism and its support for the necessary measures to establish security and peace.
While it expresses its sincere condolences to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, to the families of the victims and its wishes for the speedy recovery of all those injured by this terrorist act, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirms the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which renounces all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism regardless of its sources and motives.
It stresses the need to intensify all efforts and closer international cooperation to eliminate terrorism, which targets all countries and seeks to spread chaos and undermine international peace and security.
