Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa
Manama - Emirates Voice

Capital Governor Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa condemned the criminal terror blast which happened this evening, injuring five on-duty policemen who were securing an Ashoora procession on Budaiya Highway in Daih.
He expressed full confidence in the ability of security agencies to identify the perpetrators of the terrorist crime and bring them to justice to face charges.
He slammed the heinous terrorist blast, whose perpetrators paid no heed to the sanctity of the month of Muharraq.
“Citizens and parties in charge of Ashoora rituals commend the security services which are provided round the clock to ensure the good organization of the religious season”, he said.
He stressed the positive impact of such measures on the good organization of Hussainya processions in Manama in an atmosphere of security and serenity.
He said that this criminal act, which contravenes international conventions and religious precepts, is condemned by civilized countries and world organisations.
