A man lays flowers at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia to commemorate the death of Uzbek president Islam Karimov in Moscow, Russia, on Sept. 3, 2016. Uzbek President Islam Karimov died on Friday at the age of 78 after being hospitalized following a stroke on Aug. 27, the Uzbek government confirmed.
