Document on mechanisms to renew religious discourse to be issued in May

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said on Friday that a national document for mechanisms to renew the religious discourse will be issued during an expanded national conference, to be organized by the ministry in May.
"The document will be drafted by a large number of scholars, thinkers, politicians, writers and media men," Gomaa said.
He also ordered seeking opinions of scientific, educational and cultural institutions about the renewal of religious discourse.
Two committees comprising representatives of Egyptian women and youth were formed to contribute to renewing the religious discourse.
