Bavarian sides meet in DFB Pokal

Bayern Munich travel to Bavarian neighbours Augsburg in the last 16 of the DFB-Pokal while holders Borussia Dortmund host fellow Bundesliga side Hannover. The two third division sides left in the competition, Kickers Offenbach and Karlsruhe, face top-flight opposition in Fortuna Dusseldorf and Freiburg respectively while one second division side are guaranteed a place in the quarter-finals after Bochum were drawn against 1860 Munich.
