Hoffenheim have confirmed the signing of Belgium forward Igor de Camargo from Borussia Monchengladbach for the rest of the season. While on loan, the Brazilian-born striker will be asked to help fire the club out of the Bundesliga drop zone. \"With Igor, I hope he can have a big impact in attack,\" general manager Andreas Muller told the club\'s website. \"I am quite sure that he will play with class and experience in the league and play an important role for us.\" De Camargo, 29, has nine caps for Belgium since gaining citizenship, having made his debut in February 2009.
