Feirense were relegated from the Portuguese Liga after a 3-1 defeat at Gil Vicente on the final day of the season. Hugo Vieira put the hosts in front in the 43rd minute and, although Diogo Rosado levelled a minute after the break, a late brace from Ze Luis earned victory for Gil. Feirense finished second bottom to go down with Uniao Leiria, but even a win would not have saved them as Academica guaranteed survival with a 2-1 triumph at Vitoria Guimaraes. Diogo Valente gave Academica the lead on the stroke of half-time and Edinho grabbed the winner nine minutes from time following Bruno Telles' equaliser. At the top of the table, champions FC Porto finished the season in style with a 5-2 win at Rio Ave. Kleber scored a second-half hat-trick for Porto, whose other goals came from Djalma and James Rodriguez. Joao Tomas with a penalty and Christian Atsu were on target for the hosts. Second-placed Benfica won 3-1 at Vitoria Setubal, recovering from conceding a 12th-minute goal from Rafael Lopes to win thanks to a Bruno Cesar brace and an effort from Oscar Cardozo. Sporting see off Braga A Ricky van Wolfswinkel hat-trick earned Sporting CP a 3-2 win at home to Braga, whose goals came from Helder Barbosa and a Rodrigo Lima penalty. Mateus scored a 90th-minute penalty, his second goal of the game, to earn Nacional a 3-2 win at Uniao Leiria. The basement boys had looked set for a point when goals from Jorge Djaniny and Jose Shaffer in the second half cancelled out efforts from Mateus and Claudemir with a penalty. Olhanense were 2-1 winners at Beira Mar. Santana Jander and Eduardo Dady put them two up, with Nildo Petrolina pulling one back for Beira. Maritimo and Pacos Ferreira drew 1-1, with Ruben Ferreira on target for Maritimo and Victor Silva scoring for Pacos.
