Iraq’s Air Force Sports Club Board of Directors have succeeded in snatching away Mustafa Karim from a contract with Erbil SC, hoping to enhance the club’s standing in the Iraqi national league and the Arab Champions League with an international striker. The Iraqi will be looking to take advantage of Karim’s substantial experience as an international striker, playing for Egyptian clubs like Al-Ismaeili, Emirati Baniyas and Al-Ittihad as well as competing for various titles in the AFC Champions League. It is expected the club will start training their new international striker, who is reportedly keen to improve his performances after a lacklustre stint at Erbil SC.
